THe phenomenom here is that she is vindication for thousands of women all over the world, those of us with puggy thighs, unkempt hair, no makeup and no hope! We listen to her and we know that she came out of nowhere, a nobody just like us, but she had the audacity the shere teneacity to believe that just maybe, the dream she held close and nurtured in silence for most of the years of her life, might come true! She gives women like myself, who my husband refers to as his little hobbit "Wife", ( no not a term of endearment just a term that he can live with to call me,not a bit of trophy in there, just plan ordinary squat, plump hobbit who sings ) hope, hope that love might at last come, that we might be somebody in someones eyes just once in our life, she lifts us out of the ordinary everyday sameness into a world that we can only imagine might be possible. She offers us hope, hope in a way that might better be called miracles. She stands there proud and strong knowing that her looks are that great, but that her voice is! She most certainly has made a place for herself in history books. I am a part time author, I would love to be able to publish her story. I think, personally and professionally that she is really wonderful beyond words!
